1. Introduction

  1. The Explore Dream Pty Ltd (ABN 70 675 546 657 - hereinafter referred to as ‘The Explore Dream’ or ‘We’ or ‘Us’ or ‘Our’) is conducting a lucky draw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Giveaway’) for Individuals (hereinafter referred to as ‘Participants’ or ‘You’ or ‘Your’).
  2. The Contest will commence on the Sunday, 01 February 2026 at 12:00AM and will conclude on the Monday, 02 March 2026 at 11:59PM (‘Giveaway Period’).

2. Prizes

  1. Our total prize pool is valued at $80,500 which is made up of:

    • Auto Transmission
    • Lefthand Drive American Import
    • Full Original Service, Log Book and Manual
    • 1989 Honda CR250R two-stroke motocross bike.

3. Eligibility

  1. To be eligible to enter the giveaway (at no additional fee) you must:
    1) at the conclusion of the Giveaway Period hold a valid and active Explore Dream Membership; or
    2) purchased a valid item from The Explore Lifestyle (https://theexplorelife.com.au) online store during the Giveaway Period
    3) purchased a valid The Explore Dream One-Off Entry from The Film Invitational (https://thefilminvitational.com) online store during the Giveaway Period; or
    4) followed a different step specified specifically within the terms of this Giveaway
  2. You may purchase an Explore Dream Membership through our website https://theexploredream.com.au or as directly by us.
  3. By purchasing a Membership, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
  4. The Giveaway is open to all Australian residents (except South Australia and ACT) over the age of 18 who enter in accordance with the terms and conditions of entry except for employees of The Explore Dream or The Explore Lifestyle Pty Ltd, their immediate family members (parents, spouses, domestic partners, siblings and children) or any other person residing in their household. Please note that each participant may hold more than one entry in the giveaway.
  5. Purchase a new valid subscription product from The Film Invitational (https://thefilminvitational.com.au) online stores during the Giveaway Period

4. Prize Conditions

  1. To the extent permitted by law, the winner takes the prize(s) on an "as is" basis, and The Explore Dream makes no representations or warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.
  2. If the prize is not compliant with a specific states laws, the winner acknowledges that The Explore Dream will not be responsible for any costs associated with making the vehicle compliant with any laws.
  3. The winner acknowledges that The Explore Dream will not be responsible for any costs associated with the maintenance or operation of the prize, unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions.

5. The Draw

  1. The draw will take place on Tuesday, 03 March 2026 at 5:00PM AEST (Brisbane).
  2. The draw will take place at Shed 16, 2 Calabro Way Burleigh Heads QLD 4220 or another place with available internet connection to the draw software
  3. The draw will be conducted using a random draw algorithm software.
  4. The winner(s) will be drawn and contacted immediately via phone and email.
  5. The Explore Dream will publish the draw and winners names on our Instagram and website within 24 hours of the draw.
  6. Participants agree that if they win, they will participate in a prize acceptance handover video or photograph for publication on our website.
  7. If the prize is unclaimed within 90 days from the intial draw, we will make an announcement and conduct a redraw within 5 further days (Saturday, 06 June 2026 at 5:00PM AEST Brisbane), following the same defined steps and draw location.
  8. Every participant has a random, fair and equal chance of winning.

6. Disclaimers

  1. Participants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damage and any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out of pocket expenses incurred in entering the contest.
  2. In no event will The Explore Dream, our licensees, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, our advertising or promotional agencies or respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from participation in this contest.
  3. The Explore Dream reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by The Explore Dream.
  4. In the event the Contest is compromised by non-authorised human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of The Explore Dream, that corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, The Explore Dream reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest.
  5. Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, The Explore Dream reserves the right to seek damages from any such Participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  6. The Explore Dream assumes no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of computer systems, servers, software, internet service provider, or e-mail systems, failure of any entry to be received on account of technical problems or incomplete, late, lost, damaged, illegible or misdirected electronic communications, or any combination thereof.
  7. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
